My name is Alec Church and I am specialized in content creation and telling stories in any medium you need. I am also a huge nerd.

I make videos that are fun, informative or both, and I’m fully capable of taking a video from conception to a finished product. I am a skilled photographer and enjoy taking photos of events, people, architecture and whatever else the workplace throws at me.

I became the primary manager of the social presence for the San Diego Convention Center. One of my main goals was to drive engagement by making content that puts the human beings that bring the building to life at the forefront.

I’m a capable writer with over 40 stories for The Convention Center Connection, PR News' 2017 Best Nonprofit Blog. I also have experience writing copy for social media, infographics, an annual print/online destination guide and more.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from San Diego State University. I value developing new skills in order to take on new responsibilities. I not-so-secretly love Excel spreadsheets and data analysis. I also morph into a bright, animated entity if you bring up Star Wars.
